Deadvlei Hiking Tour
- Discover the one of the largest dunes in the world and the breathtaking Deadvlei in Sossusvlei.
- You will be picked up by your guide in the early morning for the excursion and drive to the Namib Naukluft Park.
- Drive along the largest dunes in the world to Big Daddy Dune and the famous Deadvlei.
- Sports enthusiasts can hike along the ridge of Big Daddy Dune, and fitness junkies can climb to the summit (shortcut possible).
- Deadvlei’s infamous descent directly from the dune
- Get the sand out of your shoes before heading to the 600-year-old mummified trees. Before the heat of the day sets in, we have time to take some photos of the trees.
- Enjoy a leisurely bush brunch in the national park before returning to the Gmunden helicopter.
